Our stencils are easy to clean, re-usable, 1/16" thick ABS Plastic. FAA Stencils are custom cut. Please allow 3-5 business days production time plus shipping time.
The larger size FAA stencils are made of 2 pieces, and they fit together for easy assembly. The number 6 can also be used as a 9.
All Airport aviation numbers stencils and letter stencils conform to FAA advisory circular AC 150/5340-1K.
Painting airport runways and taxiways will help your organization meet current federal regulations. As FAA guidelines change and runway markings fade, stencil painting should be done every couple of years.
Our high runway stencils are laser cut on durable 1/16” thick LLDPE plastic that lays flat and guarantees professional painting results. Each character ships as a two-piece set that go together using tabs to ensure accuracy. The standard FAA arrow stencil and square dot stencil required for taxiways are also available. Our stencils can be used with any painting equipment or spray application available. All stencils can be cleaned and reused many times.
The sheet size they are cut on guarantees a minimum of 4” around all characters for over-spray. Each character is slightly different so be sure to review the diagram for all width and stroke measurements.
