Return Policy
Customer
satisfaction is important to us. We are proud to warranty our products
against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from
the date of purchase. If for any reason we make an error on your order,
or the product does not function according to its specifications, we
will replace it free of charge. We cannot honor warranty claims for any
defects or damage caused by misuse of our products. We are not
responsible for customer mistakes in entering their order or designing
their products. All custom products require the customer to proof their
work and accept that everything is correct in order to proceed with
checkout. Therefore, orders with customer mistakes or products a
customer simply does not like will not be replaced free of charge. Stock
items will be accepted for return and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
To meet our fast turnaround times, orders are entered into production
almost immediately after the order is placed. Therefore, if you realize
you need to make a change to your order or cancel your order, we cannot
do so unless we receive notice within 20 minutes of your order being
placed. You will be charged the full amount of the order for any order
cancelled after this time.

Your return will be reviewed and a customer service rep will be in touch with you about your return in 1-2 business days.
If return is approved and a refund is issued, please allow 10 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
